We only share identifiable information about you in these situations:
- To arrange further medical care for you (for example with district nurses or hospital teams)
- To help you access other services (for example social services) – we will always ask for your permission first
- When we have a legal duty to share information to protect others (for example in child protection cases)
Our reception and admin team also need access to your medical records to carry out their work. They follow the same strict confidentiality rules as our doctors and nurses.
