Making a complaint
We have an in house complaints procedure. Our practice manager will ensure that the complaint is investigated as thoroughly and quickly as possible.
Whilst every effort is made to give satisfaction to our patients, we are aware that occasionally, a patient may feel they have a reason to complain. If you do have a complaint, please address this to the practice/business manager.
